At Evolve we strive to provide services that support all aspects of well-being. Our staff are dedicated to continued learning in order to grow with our patients and offer support in an ever-changing environment.
Evolve Allied Healthcare was founded to offer a range of services in one location with a focus on creating and maintaining an individualized health service for each patient.
Our current team consists of Osteopaths Angela Slattery, Izzy Carey, Nim Sanna and Wesley Khalil, Remedial Massage Therapists Isabelle Gannon and Peter Roberts, Women's Holistic Health Practitioner Kaitlin Howe, Sound Therapist Mel James, Adolescent Counsellor Paul Archer and Holistic Counsellor Irene Sheard.

Practice Manager and Osteopath - Angela Slattery
Angela spent 18 years as a massage therapist, beginning her career at an early age in Central West NSW. In 2020 she completed Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University becoming a registered Osteopath. She incorporates her years of massage therapy into Osteopathic treatments along with knowledge of aromatherapy, dry needling and kinesiology taping to offer a unique treatment for each patient. In her spare time Angela enjoys exploring new regions of the Northern Rivers with her children and hiking hidden bush tracks.
Angela spent 18 years as a massage therapist, beginning her career at an early age in Central West NSW. Isabelle Gannon - Remedial Massage Therapist
Isabelle's love of yoga and fascination with the human body led to her studies in remedial massage therapy on the Gold Coast. Treatments are slow and considered, designed to meet the individual needs of clients. Her intuitive hands and sensitive nature will leave you feeling relaxed and replenished on all levels. Isabelle is passionate about the health and healing of all her clients, she offers remedial assessments, remedial massage and relaxation treatments. Instant health fund rebates are available.

Nutrition - Caitlin Nicholls
Caitlin has always had an interest in food and how it can impact a person’s health. She
believes that making small changes, evolving with that change and accepting it as part of
everyday life is what makes the health journey a positive experience no matter what the
client’s health goals are. Caitlin has had health concerns herself and has been striving to use food to help combat or lower the likelihood of further problems. Her interest took her to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) which included over 400 hours of clinical practice. Dietary changes alongside changes in lifestyle can help bring to fruition the client’s individual goals. She would be honoured to help you on your health journey with an individualised treatment plan.

Kaitlin Howe - Women's Holistic Health
Kaitlin is dedicated to helping women experience their bodies with thriving health. She has a Bachelor Degree in Health Science with Honours and completed her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2016. She is a Mercier Therapy Practitioner and Certified Mercier Fertility Specialist. Kaitlin provides deep pelvic organ manipulation to restore blood flow, reduce scar tissue, and promote optimal functioning of the reproductive organs. She also provides education about cycle charting and how to naturally support hormonal health. Having experienced her own pelvic health challenges, Kaitlin’s passion is supporting women to reclaim their health naturally. She has studied yoga and meditation and these are woven throughout her work.

Originally from the Shoalhaven area in southern NSW, Nim moved up to the Northern rivers in 2006, fell in love with the area and decided to make it home. She loves the relaxed lifestyle that is available here and spends her free time playing or listening to music, exercising and enjoying nature.
Nim has always been interested in health and completed Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in 2020 and Master of Osteopathy in 2021, both at Lismore's SCU campus. She enjoys treating all musculoskeletal issues including neck, back and pelvic pain as well as headaches.

Paul Archer - Adolescent Counsellor
With a Bachelors in Music, Graduate Diploma in Education and Masters in Gestalt Therapy Paul is a highly qualified counsellor providing essential support for adolescents. His aim is to help adolescents manage their struggles, celebrate their qualities and engage with their lives in meaningful and healthy ways.
Through counselling, music teaching, welfare and performing arts and football coaching Paul has over 25 years experience working with the adolescent age group. He is well equipped to address complex issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, identity issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation and more.

Irene Sheard - Holistic Counsellor
Irene has lived in the Northern Rivers the past twenty five years, making Lismore her home town for the past thirteen years.
Passionate about the healing abilities of our body and mind and through her many studied modalities and her own extensive life experience Irene is able to support others in finding the place within which allows healing and therefore change to occur. Interests and experience include the Healing of Trauma, Grief and Loss, Relationship Challenges, Parenting, Dealing with Stress and Positive Ageing.
Irene’s approach is Holistic, taking into account the Body/Mind connection and how our thoughts trigger reactions in our body which can lead to distress in our lives. She is a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner. EFT has a high level of success in treating stress and phobias within a counselling session. Irene also teaches Meditation and Chair Yoga in the Northern Rivers.

Wesley graduated from Southern Cross University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters in Osteopathy.
Wesley loves to treat a variety of musculoskeletal complaints. With a passion for fitness and a background in sports and gym training Wesley's treatments are guided by this knowledge.

Peter Roberts - Remedial Massage Therapist
Peter became a practitioner through his own journey of high-impact physical work and sport. By making holistic changes throughout his life, including yoga, meditation and anatomy studies, Peter found his way to bodywork.
Peter is a passionate therapist with a warm and gentle nature. He has an innate ability to assist people to 'drop in' whilst creating space for deep relaxation and therapeutic care. Peter is trained in remedial massage therapy, specializing in sports and deep tissue care. He uses multi-faceted techniques that may include myofascial cupping to align and restore homeostasis and wellbeing.

Sabrina became an art therapist because she wanted to create a space for people to share their stories and process their experience, who perhaps didn't resonate with conventional 'talk therapy'.
Sabrina has a background and interest in a range of mental health presentations - including eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and depression. Sha approaches her clients with warmth and compassion, supporting them to use art materials to explore their life experiences, identify strength and develop grater self-awareness.
Clients who receive NDIS funding ma y also be eligible to access therapy under this scheme.
