Her interest took her to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) which included over 400 hours of clinical practice. Dietary changes alongside changes in lifestyle can help bring to fruition the client’s individual goals. She would be honoured to help your health journey with an individualised treatment plan.

Sally Archer - Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Sally holds a Bachelor in Education and Masters in Gestalt Therapy. Her life of learning and practice has been intricate, elaborate and brought her to a place where she is looking forward to supporting women within the community.
Deeply passionate about counselling and connection with women as they work through difficult experiences, emotions and stressors. Areas of strength as a counsellor include fertility, stepparenting, trauma, erotic recovery, gender and sexuality, anxiety and depression. We can't avoid difficulties/challenges as they are an important part of the vibrant tapestry of our lives. However, sometimes when we try to navigate these hurdles alone, we can end up feeling stuck, stressed and unfulfilled. One's self-esteem can be greatly impacted, and our most meaningful relationships can suffer too.
Sally places high importance on building trusting therapeutic relationships, allowing for clients to share vulnerabilities and personal aspects of themselves. Her counselling philosophy is built on the following phrase 'the gentler we go in the therapeutic space the deeper the work and greater the challenges to one's life both internally and externally.'
