Evolve Allied Healthcare was founded to offer a range of services in one location with a focus on creating and maintaining an individualized health service for each patient.
Our current team consists of Osteopaths Angela Slattery, Izzy Carey and Nim Sanna, Remedial Massage Therapist Isabelle Gannon, Women's Holistic Health Practitioner Kaitlin Howe and Sound Healer Mel James.

Practice Manager and Osteopath - Angela Slattery
Angela spent 18 years as a massage therapist, beginning her career at an early age in Central West NSW. In 2020 she completed Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University becoming a registered Osteopath. She incorporates her years of massage therapy into Osteopathic treatments along with knowledge of aromatherapy, dry needling and kinesiology taping to offer a unique treatment for each patient. In her spare time Angela enjoys exploring new regions of the Northern Rivers with her children and hiking hidden bush tracks.

Dr Izzy Carey - Osteopath
Izzy’s passion for helping people understand and manage their pain is what lured her to the Northern Rivers, having had a rural upbringing in Far West NSW. Izzy enjoys treating people of all ages and walks of life, and is looking forward to meeting you and explaining how Osteopathy can help. In her spare time, you can find Izzy out in the bush riding her motorbike, or enjoying the sunny Northern Rivers with her family.

Kaitlin Howe - Women's Holistic Health
Kaitlin is dedicated to helping women experience their bodies with thriving health. She has a Bachelor Degree in Health Science with Honours and completed her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2016. She is a Mercier Therapy Practitioner and Certified Mercier Fertility Specialist. Kaitlin provides deep pelvic organ manipulation to restore blood flow, reduce scar tissue, and promote optimal functioning of the reproductive organs. She also provides education about cycle charting and how to naturally support hormonal health. Having experienced her own pelvic health challenges, Kaitlin’s passion is supporting women to reclaim their health naturally. She has studied yoga and meditation and these are woven throughout her work. Wherever you are in your journey of womanhood and health, Kaitlin looks forward to supporting you.

Originally from the Shoalhaven area in southern NSW, Nim moved up to the Northern rivers in 2006, fell in love with the area and decided to make it home. She loves the relaxed lifestyle that is available here and spends her free time playing or listening to music, exercising and enjoying nature.
Nim has always been interested in health and completed Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in 2020 and Master of Osteopathy in 2021, both at Lismore's SCU campus. She enjoys treating all musculoskeletal issues including neck, back and pelvic pain as well as headaches.
Nim tailors each treatment to the individual's specific needs, and uses a range of different treatment modalities including soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy and cranial techniques.
