Isabelle's love of yoga and fascination with the human body led to her studies in remedial massage therapy on the Gold Coast. Treatments are slow and considered, designed to meet the individual needs of clients.

Roci Pottage
Roci qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2013, working at Central Sydney Osteopathy as a massage therapist with the Osteopaths. She also worked at Newtown Gym as a Remedial Massage therapist specialising in sports injury rehabilitation.
Roci has always been interested in the human body, health, and fitness, leading her to undertake the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences at Southern Cross University. Roci is in her last year and will complete the Master of Osteopathic Medicine in 2025.
Roci enjoys exploring the Northern River's natural beauty, swimming in waterholes, and participating in the odd fun run and triathlon.

Debbie Casey
Debbie trained in Swedish massage (cert IV) in 2004 and completed Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2009, obtaining an award of excellence in her studies.
Sensitive and aware of her client's pain and musculoskeletal complaints, Debbie structures personalized treatments, with a passion for massage dedicated to sports person.
Debbie has completed further studies in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, and the treatment of pain, known as Onsen Technique.
Debbie attributes her success in massage therapy to her amazing teachers and regular clientele she has gotten to know over the years.

Clementine qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2018 on the Sunshine Coast, returning to the Northern Rivers following completion of studies.
Clementine's approach to treatment reflects her upbringing as holistic and well-rounded through the application of massage for health and wellbeing. Clementine's passion for remedial massage stems from witnessing her mother struggling with chronic back pain on a daily basis.
