COUNSELLING
Counselling is a safe and collaborative option for talk therapy within a mental health setting.
Counsellors offer an objective, professional and informed perspective, as well as a studied methodology, to engage in a meaningful way with their clients and address presenting and concerning issues.
Counselling services are available for individuals, couples, families and adolescents and may assist in various aspects of health such as depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, life goals and transitions, sexuality, women's health and fertility.
Our clinic is proud to host male and female counsellors with a wide range of qualifications and interests to offer you the right fit, based on your individual needs.
A referral from a general practitioner (regular doctor) is not required to make an appointment for counselling services, NDIS participants may be eligible for counselling services within their plan.
